A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Clinical Research Associate to join their team in Tokyo.

This role is perfect for those who want to help improve healthcare through clinical research. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will manage clinical trials and help develop new healthcare solutions.

業務内容：

臨床試験の管理。プロトコルや規制に従って試験が進行していることを確認します。

異なるチームと連携し、データの正確性と信頼性を確保します。

試験施設を訪問し、進捗状況を確認し、GCP（Good Clinical Practice）ガイドラインに従っているかを確認します。

試験関連文書（プロトコルや同意書など）の作成とレビューを支援します。

試験結果を報告し、試験プロセスや成果の改善を提案します。

応募資格：

臨床研究または関連分野での1年以上の経験。

臨床試験のプロセスとGCPガイドラインに関する良好な理解。

強力な組織力とコミュニケーション能力。

チーム環境での協調性。

日本語と英語での業務遂行能力がある方が望ましい。
