求める資格:
- チームメンバーを指導しサポートするための実績あるリーダーシップスキル
- 強力な協力とコミュニケーション能力
- 自己駆動型で確固たる労働倫理を持つ
- 金融市場や投資戦略に関する深い理解
- 資産運用業界で5年以上の経験
- クライアントレポーティングまたは管理の専門知識、またはこの分野で成長したい意欲
- 市場や投資に関する解説の執筆経験
- 中級以上の英語能力
