主な業務内容：

• PMOのタスク管理、戦略策定、提案作成。
• FAの対応（エクイティ・デット含む）、入札のリスク評価。
• 沖合風セクターへの外国投資支援、サプライチェーンの構築。
• EIAプロトコルの整合性確保、地域観光・漁業の促進。
• 電力市場戦略の実行、FIPシステムを含む規制された電源の管理。
• HVDCシステムの導入。
• 海洋生態系によるCO2吸収活動のリーダーシップ。
• 非化石認証の確保、地域密着型の発電支援。

必須資格・経験：

• 風力発電（沖合/陸上）に関する業界経験。
• 諮問サービスやエンジニアリングの背景。
• 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキル。
• PPP/PFIプロジェクト、ビジネス計画、財務モデリングに関する知識。
