  • 2+ years' experience in any sales (presales, direct, post-sales), relationship management or customer-facing roles; ideally in SaaS or IT area
  • Good relationship management & communication skills
  • Motivated to learn & develop yourself in an open work environment
  • Business fluency in Japanese & English
