We are searching for a Cash Management Associate or AVP for a leading company in the financial services sector in Tokyo. This role is vital for managing the company's cash and liquidity. Key Responsibilities
- - Manage cash transactions in Japan, ensuring accuracy and control.
- - Handle payments and work with agent banks.
- - Prepare and submit cash and liquidity reports for regulatory purposes.
- - Keep track of cash positions throughout the day with agent banks.
- - Identify and address operational risks, with clear protocols for escalation.
- - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support liquidity and change initiatives.
- - Work with business and operations teams on transaction analysis and technology projects.
Candidate Profile
- - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- - Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication skills.
- - Experience in risk management and operations.
- - Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
- - Self-driven, capable of working independently and in teams.
- - Knowledge of local payment and settlement processes.
