JOB SUMMARY

Security Manager holds a key leadership in ensuring the safety and security of all hotel personnel and property assets. The individual is responsible for the overall management of daily operations of the Security department. The Director of Security also champions the risk management committee and ensuring that all personnel comply with all policies and procedures relating to workplace, fire and health safety.

セキュリティマネージャーは 、すべてのホテルスタッフとホテル資産の安全とセキュリティを確保する上で重要なリーダーシップをとり、セキュリティ部門の日常業務の全体的な管理に責任を持ち、安全衛生委員会を支持し、すべての従業員が職場、火災、健康の安全に関連するすべてのポリシーと手順を遵守するようにする。

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree in any fields

Previous experience in loss prevention, security management, or law enforcement, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.

Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese

Strong understanding of security systems, surveillance technology, and risk assessment.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and liaise with other hotel departments.

Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security and loss prevention. Attention to detail and analytical skills to investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.

Ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs to minimize risks and losses.

Other: Team-oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills

ロスプリベンション、セキュリティ管理、または法執行機関での経験（特に高級ホテルやホスピタリティ業界での経験が望ましい）

業務に支障ないレベルの英語・日本語

セキュリティシステム、監視技術、リスク評価に関する深い理解

チームを効果的に管理し、他のホテル部門と連絡調整を行うための優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップスキル

セキュリティとロスプリベンションに関する法律と規制に関する知識

リスクと損失を最小限に抑えるためのセキュリティポリシー、手順、トレーニングプログラムの開発と実施能力

その他：チームワークを重んじることができる方で人間的に豊かな方
