Responsibilities:
- Lead an HR team handling payroll, timekeeping, and benefits for 450 employees.
- Create and manage compensation and benefits programs that meet industry standards and company goals.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and work with vendors and internal teams for smooth benefits management.
- Partner with the Global Rewards team on company-wide compensation projects, including salary benchmarking and reviews.
- Offer advice on reward packages during recruitment to attract top talent.
