Responsibilities

• Lead & manage a team.
• Lead daily and strategic business operations.
• Participate in business planning, including finance and resources.
• Represent the business area in organizational forums and committees.
• Monitor and enforce internal governance rules.
• Work with Risk and Control Owners to manage operational risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of banking industry experience.
• At least 3 years focused on cash management or similar banking products.
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Proven ability to think strategically and analyze data.
• Experience in financial budgeting and team management.
