We are looking for a skilled Brand Marketing Director to lead a top food and beverage company's entry into the Japanese market. This role offers the chance to shape the brand's identity and strategy. You will manage marketing campaigns and work with teams across the US and Asia. Your efforts will play a key part in establishing the brand in Japan, and you will collaborate with an international team, broadening your global connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Create and execute brand marketing plans to build a strong presence in Japan.
  • - Lead creative marketing projects with full independence, while keeping global brand standards in mind.
  • - Work with international teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and strategy.
  • - Study market trends and consumer data to drive effective marketing campaigns.
  • - Oversee brand communications, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • - Guide and support a team of marketing professionals to reach strategic goals.


Qualifications:

  • - Proven experience in brand marketing, especially in food & beverage, quick-service restaurants, or consumer goods.
  • - Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams and international partnerships.
  • - Excellent communication and people skills.
  • - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and apply insights.
  • - Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a big plus.
