We are looking for a Brand Manager experienced in coffee products for a key client in FMCG industry. This role requires a strong grasp of consumer behavior and the ability to align brand strategies with customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • - Understand consumer needs to develop products that align with brand benefits.
  • - Manage brand features to increase consumer value.
  • - Oversee marketing efforts, including packaging and quality standards.
  • - Work with advertising agencies on effective brand communications.
  • - Lead product development and manage innovation projects.
  • - Analyze advertising, sales, and costs to optimize spending.

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • - Fluent in Japanese (business level) and English
  • - Minimum of 5 years in marketing and brand management.
  • - Strong skills in reporting and stakeholder management in English.
  • - Experience with digital marketing and P&L management is a plus.
  • - Experience in FMCG marketing or sales is beneficial.
  • - Strong leadership skills to align stakeholders and drive innovation.
