The Communication Manager is responsible for creating the strategic marketing plan for Japan and APAC, managing the brand calendar, and overseeing all related activities. This role requires a practical mindset to boost digital performance, develop engaging content, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for marketing communication concepts and messaging.
- Modify the global brand calendar for the APAC region with senior management input.
- Participate in key meetings and discussions for future brand activation.
- Provide feedback to headquarters and consolidate APAC team requests.
- Localize global creative assets with effective taglines for the Japanese market.
- Manage and develop creative assets for APAC-exclusive products.
- Oversee the management of marketing assets for both sell-in and sell-through.
- Ensure efficient execution within budget limits.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and drive sales.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for timely and high-quality execution.
- Understand and report on in-store activities and competitor actions.
- Oversee digital advertising, including strategy, creative development, and performance reporting.
