This fully remote position allows you to apply your professional expertise in pre-owned and brand jewelry while partnering with a global team dedicated to quality, transparency, and exceptional user experience. 主な業務内容
  • - オークションに出品するジュエリーの評価とキュレーション
  • - 出品タイトル、説明文、画像の確認と改善
  • - ジュエリーアイテムの正確な評価額の提供
  • - 新規セラーの発掘、オンボーディング、サポート
  • - マーケティングチームと連携し、高品質な入札者を惹きつける
  • - 取引プロセス全体の透明性と公正性の確保
  • - 必要に応じてユーザー間のトラブルを仲介

応募資格
  • - 宝石学のディプロマ（FEEGまたはGIA必須）
  • - 5年以上のジュエリー業界での経験
  • - 日本語と英語の流暢さ
  • - 中古およびブランドジュエリーの評価における豊富な経験
  • - 業界知識と潜在的セラーのネットワーク
  • - オンラインオークションの経験があれば尚可
  • - ジュエリー市場における現行価格の深い理解
  • - 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
