Our client are a global FMCG MLM company, searching for a Brand Communications Manager. You'll lead a wide variety of brand strategy & digital marketing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain brand messaging strategy.
• Ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Supervise the UI/UX of all digital assets.
• Plan social media advertising campaigns.
• Manage SEO.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust plans based on data-driven insights.
• Manage external agencies.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage communication & branding decisions.
• Understanding of digital marketing (including UI/UX design, SEO, and social media advertising).
• Fluent in Japanese.
• Experienced in managing cross-functional projects (preferred).
• Permission to work in Japan.
