Benefits & Payroll @ Global Finance Group

Our client are a global finance group, recruiting a Benefits / Payroll specialist. This is a great chance to broaden your responsibilities & step up your career in a global organization with generous salary.


  • Handle payroll (incl Social Insurance, tax, and audits).
  • Ensure compliance.
  • Process employee status changes (hires, terminations, transfers).
  • Manage benefits program evaluation, planning, design, and administration.
  • Be the primary contact for employees regarding benefits.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Suggest & lead process improvement projects.
  • Maintain employee files and HR-related invoices.


  • 2+ years in Benefits and Payroll processing.
  • Must be fluent in Japanese.
  • Experience with a global HR system (e.g., Workday) is preferred.
  • Experience in similar industry (preferred, but not required).
