What you are expected to do:

• Design and publish monthly newsletters and news releases
• Monitor corporate website as well as third-party platforms
• Support marketing activities and review subsidiary reports
• Manage vendors to drive the best performance
• Attend overseas subsidiary board meetings

Requirements:

• Previous work experience in related field of a global company (2~3 years)
• Project planning and management experience
• Basic knowlege of softwares such as Microsoft office, Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid work visa in Japan
• Fluent English and business Japanese

*Initially this is a one-year renewable contract position, with the possibility to change to permanent employment.

• Housing allowance is provided
• Salary depends on experience
