Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning in marketing department.
• Participate in meetings with senior members.
• Conduct financial analysis of marketing initiatives.
• Lead quarterly budget processes for marketing.
• Manage costs.
• Maintain accounting and governance procedures.
• Act as a business partner to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong financial analytical skills (ROI, NPV).
• Experience in cross-functional business partnering.
• Understanding of excise and pricing strategy, and company planning.
• Understanding of marketing strategy (preferred).
• Understanding of financial management.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
