We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Finance for a new luxury hotel in Osaka. This role is a great chance to advance your career in hospitality. You will help maintain the hotel's financial health, contributing to guest satisfaction and the hotel's financial plans.

主な業務内容：

- 財務部長を支援し、財務業務の管理と規則の遵守をサポートします。
- チームをリードし、ホテルの価値を広めます。
- 正確な会計報告を行い、すべての規制を遵守します。
- サービスを効果的に伝え、ゲスト満足度を向上させます。
- 年次予算や月次予測の作成を補助します。
- 部門のパフォーマンス向上と収益機会の発見に努めます。
- 外部監査員や取引先との良好な関係を維持します。
- 財務諸表や取引の正確性を定期的に確認します。
- チームメンバーの指導・支援を行い、成長を促します。

応募資格：

- ビジネスマネジメント、財務、または会計の学士号取得に向けた一部履修が望ましいです。
- 公認ファイナンシャルアナリスト資格があると尚可。
- ラグジュアリーホテルまたはリゾートでの類似経験が2年以上。
- 財務システム、Microsoft Office、PMSに熟練していること。
- 優れた対人スキルで、ゲストとの関係構築やチーム内での協力ができること。
