Accounting Clerk – Great Entry-Level Opportunity at a New Luxury Hotel in Sapporo

We are recruiting an Accounting Clerk for a new luxury hotel in Sapporo. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and eager to learn. You will be part of the Finance & Business Support team, helping with the hotel's grand opening in October 2025. You will report to the Accounting Assistant Manager and the Director of Finance & Business Support. 主な業務内容：

- 財務データの入力（仕訳、請求書、経費報告書など）
- 買掛金・売掛金の管理、適時な支払いと調整を確保
- 銀行調整の実施および正確な財務記録の維持
- 月次・四半期の財務報告書の作成支援
- コンプライアンスや監査のための会計書類の整理と保管
- 財務データや書類に関するチームのサポート
- 経理アシスタントマネージャーの指導の下で日々の財務業務をサポート
- 各部署と連携し、適切な財務追跡を確保
- 必要に応じてその他の業務をサポート

応募資格：

- 高卒以上。会計、ファイナンス、ビジネスの学位や資格があれば尚可
- 会計または事務職での1-2年の経験、特にホスピタリティ業界での経験が望ましい
- 会計ソフトやERPシステムの使用経験があると尚可
- Microsoft Office（特にExcel、Word、Outlook）に習熟していること
- 細部に注意を払い、正確に作業を進められること
- 優れたチームワークとコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、基礎的な英語の読み書き能力が望ましい
