主な責任：

1. APIビジネスの成長を促進し、収益目標を達成するための戦略的な営業計画を策定・実行する。
2. APIメーカー、ジェネリック医薬品メーカー、その他の関係者に焦点を当て、製薬業界での新規顧客を特定・開拓する。
3. 既存および潜在的な顧客の重要意思決定者と強固な関係を築き維持する。
4. 市場調査および分析を実施し、業界のトレンド、顧客のニーズ、競争状況を把握する。
5. ビジネス開発、マーケティング、オペレーションなどの社内チームと協力して、顧客要件に適合したソリューションと提案を開発する。
6. 顧客に対して価値と能力を示す魅力的な営業プレゼンテーションと製品デモンストレーションを準備し提供する。
7. 顧客との契約、価格、合意条件の交渉を行い、相互に有益な結果を確保する。
8. CRMシステムや他のツールを使用して、営業活動、市場動向、競合他社の活動を追跡・報告する。
9. 業界のカンファレンス、展示会、ネットワーキングイベントに参加し、企業のAPIの能力を向上させ、リードを獲得し、プロモーションする。
10. APIの製造、品質、コンプライアンスに関連する規制ガイドラインや業界動向を把握し続ける。

応募資格およびスキル：

1. 科学、技術、ビジネス関連の学士号。修士号は望ましい。
2. 製薬業界での営業またはビジネス開発の経験を5年以上持ち、APIに特化した実績がある。
3. 製薬業界、API製造プロセス、関連する規制要件に深い知識を有する。
4. API市場の主要な関係者との強力なネットワークと既存の関係を持つ。
5. 組織内のあらゆるレベルのクライアントと対話できる優れたコミュニケーションおよび対人スキル。
6. 複雑な営業取引を交渉し、成約できる能力を示すことができる。
7. 売上目標を達成し、超えることに焦点を当てた結果志向のマインドセット。
8. 自己モチベーションがあり、チーム環境で独立しても協力的に働くことができる。
