Responsibilities
- Act as the GenAI technical expert for customers in a solution-engineering role
- Advise on cloud, AI, and enterprise integration architectures
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and adoption
- Engage directly with customers through meetings, workshops, and events
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience with software design, architecture, testing, and deployment
- Hands-on experience with machine learning / AI technologies
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English
