Our client is a global IT consulting company who are seeking an Agile Implementation Leader to oversee the adoption of Agile Transformation within their Japanese group companies.

The position offers an opportunity to lead transformational change within a leading IT service and consulting company.

The suitable candidate will be a strategic thinker and innovator who thrives in a multicultural environment, and can seamlessly align with the global standards of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Establish the Agile Transformation Office in Japan & manage the department
• Work closely with the global headquarters
• Identify and initiate new projects for Agile transformation
• Evaluate current methods and recommend improvements to company leaders
• Support teams in the Agile implementation process
• Develop long-term strategies for the effective use of Agile within the organization

Qualifications:

• 10 or more years in project/program management, including Agile experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Agile projects, such as Scrum or SAFE
• Proven leadership in implementing Agile methods
• Strong coaching and strategic thinking abilities
• Native-level Japanese, business-level English or above
