Accounting Specialist (up to 9.5m JPY!) - Growing Tech Company 経理スペシャリスト

Our client are a fast-growing Japanese-headquartered company, developing cutting-edge software & IT solutions. They are recruiting an Accounting Specialist to support ongoing growth.

You'll manage a range of accounting functions and have the chance to contribute to financial improvement projects. Suitable candidates will be someone with around 5 years account experience who wish to step up their career at the HQ of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine accounting tasks.
• Participate in projects related to financial management and corporate strategy.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Facilitate audit processes; ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Prepare financial disclosures and securities reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant accounting experience
• Experience in a publicly traded company.
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
• CPA or other accounting qualifications (preferred).
• Experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance (preferred, but not mandatory).
