Accounting Manager 会計マネージャー - Finance Operations (12-13m salary, Hybrid)

弊社クライアントは、持続可能な農業ソリューションを提供するリーディングカンパニーで、東京オフィスにて会計マネージャーを募集しています。このポジションでは、IFRSおよび日本基準に基づく全サイクルの会計業務を担当し、グローバル本社やシェアードサービスチームとの直接的な連携を行います。業界水準以上の給与パッケージ（年収1200万〜1300万円）に加え、週2日の在宅勤務が可能なハイブリッド勤務体制を提供しています。

Main Responsibilities:

主な業務内容:

• 財務諸表の作成（IFRSおよび日本基準）
• 月次、四半期、年次決算の管理
• 税務コンプライアンス及び報告書の提出管理
• 外部および内部監査の要件管理
• 内部統制手続きの導入と維持
• 意思決定支援のための財務データ分析
• 財務シェアードサービスチームと協力し、統一された実務を確保
• Maintain financial records in IFRS and local GAAP
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end financial closings
• Lead tax compliance and report submissions
• Manage external and internal audit requirements
• Implement and maintain internal control procedures
• Analyze financial data for decision-making support
• Collaborate with finance shared service team for consistent practices

応募資格:

Qualifications:

• 会計または財務の学士号
• 7年以上の多国籍企業での会計経験
• IFRSおよび日本基準に関する豊富な知識
• SAP（必須）または他のERPシステムの知識
• 日本語と英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力
• 公認会計士資格保有者優遇（必須ではありません）
• 税務コンプライアンスおよび監査管理の経験
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 7+ years of accounting experience in a multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and J-GAAP
• Knowledge of SAP (must) or other ERP systems
• Effective communication in Japanese and English
• CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with tax compliance and audit management
