A leading FinTech company specializing in foreign exchange trading is seeking a driven and experienced FX Account Manager to play a vital role in client relationship management and revenue growth. As an expert in institutional eFX, you will contribute to a mission-driven organization that leverages innovative technology to connect the global finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate long-lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service as the primary contact
  • Drive revenue by identifying and leveraging cross-selling opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct client visits for relationship nurturing and training purposes
  • Develop trust-based relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensure prompt delivery of tailored solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Communicate initiative progress to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales team to onboard new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Monitor client usage of the trading platform and provide account metric forecasts


  • Prior experience in account management or a related role within institutional eFX
  • Comprehensive understanding of eFX; multi-asset knowledge is a plus
  • Communication ability in Japanese and English (native/business level)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across organizational levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail
  • Comfortable liaising with clients onsite and providing client-focused solutions
