Specialized Group is searching for a Transition Director in Tokyo

Our Client

Multi-national commercial real estate services firm with over 1000+ staff in Japan.  Currently searching for a Transition Director for their rapidly expanding Workplace Solutions business line.   

Your Responsibilities

• Offering clients the specific services needed from a qualified corporate real estate provider, supported by global resources
• Providing effective team leadership while being responsible for coordinating implementation activities, and minimizing risk factors and cost 
• Successful delivery of the overall account transition, on time and within budget
• Development and management of transition budget for accounts
• Employment of effective communication methods and tools to manage the new dedicated account team as they onboard build and manage client relationships
• Building and managing client relationships 
• Ensuring all contract obligations are met
• Achievement of financial targets associated with the transition
• Participate and lead client transition team meetings as well as internal transition meetings
• Ability to manage and effectively communicate transition risk with the client, stakeholders and transition team 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Client focused, being able to demonstrate an ability to provide quality service and being a trusted advisor
• Ability to deliver results from the planning stages through implementation stages
• 5+ years of experience in marketing management or project management in a service-related industry
• Organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Fluent- level Japanese language skills
• Fluent-level English language skills
