Your Responsibilities

• Developing and agreeing talent acquisition selection.
• Agreeing on specific selection requisitions and requirements.
• Developing targeted candidate assessment and selection tools.
• Managing relationships with global management.
• Taking personal responsibility to ensure selection administration, candidate communication, rejection, offer negotiation, on-boarding and orientation activities run smoothly.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Fluent-level Japanese.
• Business-level English.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience
• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in multinational companies and collaborating with global partners.
• Proactive, and a good team player.
