Specialized Group is supprting one it's closest clients, a Tier 1 technology firm that is investing heavily in Japan and is building out it's Tokyo office.

This Talent Acquisition Lead will be instrumental in the growth of the firm and will mainly focus on Japan, although will also support Hiring in Korea.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior leadership to organize hiring needs and advise them from recruitment perspective.
  • Develop sourcing methods, and onboard the market's best talent.
  • Build relationships with global and local hiring managers and functional heads to identify needs and determine recruitment plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management.
  • Build out the clients brand and work towards increasing awareness across the Japan market.
  • Advise the APAC as an expert in the Japanese Recruitment market

Qualifications

  • 8 years + of Recruitment in Japan
  • Strong fluent level Japanese and business level English
  • Strong knowledge of Japan'sRecruitment market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience within Tech or with employer branding very desirable.
