Our Client

Specialized Group’s client is a fashion and apparel manufacturing company with a growing team in Japan. This company is a well-known company in the fashion sector. You will be working in one of the stores among Tokyo with direct access to top management and report directly to the retail manager.

Your Responsibilities

• KPI, VDM, CS, PDCA, Stock and staff management, which also include training, hiring, and shift creation.
• Close communication with staff members and assistant managers to best reach KPI for the store.
• Close communication with retail manager and other staff managers to coordinator staff disruptions to reach 0 overtime.
• General store management.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Experience as a floor manager or assistant manager before
• Positive working attitude
• Team player
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding or has passion in fashion
