Specialized Group is currently searching for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager for a Global Real Estate Firm.

Our Client

Multi-national real estate services firm with over 1000+ staff in Japan.  Currently searching for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager for their rapidly expanding Facilities Management business line. 

Your Responsibilities

• Sourcing, negotiating and managing outsourced service providers
• Execute RFP processes 
• Managing supplier/contractor certification processes 
• Partnering with finance team in tracking results and outlining ROI for proposed initiatives 
• Evaluation of vendor performance and participating in company sponsored procurement initiatives

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, outsourcing, program management or other related experience. 
• Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) certification preferred 
• Certified Purchasing Manager or Certified professional in Supply Management desired 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Fluent-level Japanese language skills 
• Fluent-level English language skills
