We need a Senior Manager – Controlling to manage our automotive accounts. You will need first-class organization and communication skills for this role. 

You will be reviewing, managing and controlling our financial interests for our international automotive workflow. You will be consulting with the country controller regarding financial management and partnerships. You will be working with different business partners to determine profitable ventures and to understand demand, inventory, and pipeline. Experience in the automotive sector is required.

We are an international company. You will need business level English skills for this position. Any Japanese language skills are welcome.

Required Skills

• Native level Japanese
• Business level English
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 10 years of accounting and finance professional work experience
• Charter Accountant, CPA or Book Keeping test (Level 1) preferred
• Must have Automotive Experience (OEM, Tier-1)
• Must have experience and knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge and work experience based on IFRS and Japanese GAAP
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Knowledge of accounting terminology
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Capable of handling multiples projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive with strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail with strong follow up
