A European gaming company with several development studios across the world is recruiting for a Senior IT technician to support their infrastructure and networking systems in Tokyo.

This position report directly to the Regional Manager and will collaborate with overseas HQ time to time

Your Responsibilities

• On-site and remote support for end users on both hardware and software
• Build and install the new work environment 
• Interact with external vendors
• Deliver technical training to employees
• Manage ticket survey (satisfaction, issues, concerns)
• Identify and communicate potential improvement
• Manage inventory & Asset Management
• Manage the local infrastructure (server room)

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of experience in technical support for end users
• MCSE, MCSA or MCP certification are a great plus to have
• Bilingual ability in English and Japanese both to fluent level
• Passion for gaming and its universe
