Your Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team as an expert in the technical and integration aspects of the software
• Able to give detailed product demonstrations
• Serving as a pre-sales point of contact for customers
• Responding to technical issues raised by customers
• Leading formal and informal architecture discussions

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• A background in software engineering, designing and/or programming experience
• Broad knowledge of modern enterprise software technologies
• Japanese and English language skills (strong in oral and written communication)
• The ability to understand business process needs
