About the Company

Your Responsibilities

• You will need to work closely with the design team to get an in-depth touch of user experience and translate the insight into product model. 
• You will be responsible for conducting a market research plan to faciliate the design roadmaps and be in a line with company's long term strategy development.
• As a design lead, you will be responsible for insipring the designers, and consolidated the design products with company's values. 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• 10 years' above design experience across digital design, UI/UX design on native apps.
• Experience of setting up the design system and coaching junior designers. 
• Expertise level of using design tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision. 
• Financial design experience is preferred.
