We need an expert in Infrastructure and System Support to join our growing finance IT team. This role will suit someone with a background in support operations. 

You will be involved in building and be administrating our company infrastructure platforms. You will also support the troubleshooting of our infrastructure and project related incidents. We welcome your professional knowledge of new and emerging technology. Experience in the financial industry is an advantage.

Solid communication skills are required for this role. Native-level Japanese language skills are required. You will need English language skills.

Required Skills

• Native level Japanese.
• Conversational level English.
• 4 years’ experience building internal infrastructure and maintaining operations.
• Experience with project construction, operational leadership and progress management.
• Familiar with the following Systems (Cisco, Windows 7 / Windows Server, Exchange server).
• Familiar with VMware / SQL server middleware.
• Experience with operation monitoring and user support.
• Experience in the financial industry is an advantage.
