業務内容:

- 電気自動車向けBMSのソフトウェア開発プロジェクトのリード
- 顧客要求とプロジェクトの納期管理
- ソフトウェアエンジニアリングチームの監督とハードウェアチームとの連携
- 組み込みソフトウェア制御仕様の開発および維持
- 外部パートナーとの協力によるBMSソフトウェアソリューションの実現
- OEM顧客の品質基準を満たすソフトウェアソリューションの提供

応募資格:

- システムエンジニアとして5年以上の経験
- 管理職として2年以上の経験
- 日本語ネイティブまたは流暢
- コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号（必須ではありません）
- 自動車業界での経験（必須ではありません）
- AUTOSAR、ISO 26262、サイバーセキュリティに関する知識（必須ではありません）
- 組み込みソフトウェアのCプログラミングに関する知識
- 組み込みソフトウェア開発ツールの経験
- 英語の基本的なコミュニケーションスキル（必須ではありません）
