You will be responsible for network system administration, hardware & software support, compliance and operational maintenance for our IT workflow. You will be involved in global/regional IT infrastructure projects and remote technical support for APAC. This is a perfect position for a specialist in multiple software and business applications.

Good communication is essential for this sole. You will need fluent level Japanese with good English language skills.

Required Skills

• Basic English language skill
• Fluent Japanese language skill
• 3-5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure support
• Experience with Windows 2003/2008 file and web server maintenance
• MS Exchange 2003/2008 configuration and Administration 
• Windows 7 / 10 installations and troubleshooting 
• Delivery end-user training on office tools and IT security awareness 
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2003 or above
• Cisco network device / AP configuration
• PABX maintenance
• MCSE or above and CCNA will be considered as a plus.
