Specialized Group is currently seeking applicants for an IT Manager role at an international fashion company.

We are looking for an IT Manager with strong leadership skills who can manage, develop and support the IT solutions for our client.

We require candidates to have experience in maintaining IT infrastructure, business applications, and asset management. You will be supporting Retail stores and end users, as well as planning and managing IT budgets and sourcing. You will also be consulting on the analysis and development of our business applications.

Good Communication skills are essential for this role. You will be consulting with stakeholders in our US and Japanese teams. You will need business level English and Japanese language skills.

Required Skills

• Business Level English.
• 5 years’ experience with POS/CRM Management (including SQL Administration).
• Experience in Business Analysis and Reporting.
• Experience in e-Commerce Technical Support.
• Experience in Warehouse Management/Allocation/Logistics/Merchandising System Support.
• Development with Script Language (JavaScript, VBScript) or Programming Language (VB.net, VC++, Java).
• Hands-on experience in Retail Business Application, in Windows and Databases.
• Solid Leadership skills.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, creative, proactive and reliable.
• Interested in new technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
