Your Responsibilities

• Deliver local full year forecasting HQ, aligning with local leadership
• Lead monthly review with APAC Finance for actuals and FY forecast
• Oversee the long and short-term budgeting process
• Assess investments, helping to improve cost efficiency
• Track and monitor product performance to aim for higher profitability
• Develop product pricing for new SKUs considering local demand and overall business direction

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• Practical experience in experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Proactive team-player and effective communicator with the business team
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities
• Business proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
• Advanced IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
