A growing Real Estate Investment platform is seeking an experienced Director-level candidate to take charge of their rapidly expanding office asset portfolio in Japan.

Your Responsibilities

• Successful execution of the stated financial, and operational goals
• Develop strategic plans for assigned assets
• Create value via improvement ideas and capital expenditures
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and delivery of standard weekly and monthly client reporting
• Prepare return on investment (ROI) analyses for individual or multiple major capital expenditure/renovation projects
• Prepare sell/hold analyses

 The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Asset Management
• Ability to work collaboratively with other functional teams
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Native level Japanese, Busines level English preferred
