Required Skills

• Native level Japanese.
• Business level English.
• 10 years’ experience in financial institutions or auditing.
• Knowledge of life insurance, asset management or wealth management industry is a plus.
• Committed to quality, with solid personal integrity.
• Good knowledge of audit methodologies, control frameworks, and risk management techniques.
• Results oriented. Excellent organization skills.
• Good project management skills. Able to manage audit and other projects.
• Strong at problem-solving and risk analysis.
• Professional certification (CPA, CIA etc) or degrees in Business (Accounting, Finance etc.) is preferred.
