This is a truly transformational company that is still in the early phases in Japan. The Alliances & Channel Manager is a high profile role that works closely with the management team. There is a significant opportunity to progress within the business as it grows.

Key responsibilities:

- Relationship management of key partners.

- Recruitment, development, and maintenance of partner contacts (sales and delivery).

- Develop and execute the partner business plan.

- Develop a deep understanding of the partner’s markets and the partner’s strategy.

Required Skills

  • Native-level Japanese
  • Business-level English
  • Strong track record of success in commercial Partner/Alliance/Channel Sales environment.
  • Deep understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven success in solution selling.
  • Experience in multiple industries, i.e. corporate, public sector, services, BPO.
  • Strong experience in a new business role and also in account management.
  • Ability to work in a high-tech, fast-paced, global team.
