この職務では、チームマネジメントと実践的なエンジニアリングの業務の切り替えができることが必要です。また、アイデアを深め、テクニカルデザインにつなげる能力が必要とされます。マネージャーやエンジニアと協働し、未来のテクニカルプランの構想も考えます。

非常に高いコミュニケーション能力が必須です。英語に堪能であることが応募の要件です。

スキル・資格

• Fluent level English
• 5 years’ experience as a technical lead, team lead, or software architect (in a team of 5 or more engineers).
• Experience designing and architecting scalable software systems and APIs.
• Ability to transform ideas into specific requirements and technical designs, and craft our long-term technical roadmap.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing, continuous integration and automated deployments.
• Experience and preference for Agile development.
• Knowledge of these technologies: Cloud deployment, AWS, GCP, auto-scaling, Continuous Integration/Delivery, Python, Node.js, Kubernetes and Micro services.
• Architecture, development and coding background is preferred.
