Seho leads the design and development of Specialized Group’s enterprise systems, with a focus on building a scalable and structured data platform that supports business performance and decision-making.
He has developed an integrated CRM-based system that brings together operational and financial data, enabling real-time visibility of performance across individuals, teams, branches, and divisions. This includes the design of the company’s management account framework, providing structured insight into revenue, cost, contribution, and profitability.
Seho combines a deep understanding of the recruitment industry with strong expertise in system architecture, data modelling, and automation. His work ensures that the company’s systems are not only functional, but also flexible and scalable as the business grows.
With over 20 years of experience across Japan and South Korea, Seho is responsible for enterprise system design, data architecture, and the continuous evolution of the company’s internal technology platform.
