He draws on his experience as a qualified chartered accountant to ensure there is rigor in our internal controls and to implement efficient and effective processes within our HR Operations.
He has an aptitude for data handling and analysis, providing assurance over our system data integrity relating to our consultant’s performance and commission data.
Jeremy’s work ensures that our consultants understand the results of their efforts, and are kept motivated through our industry-leading reward scheme.
