Having lived in Japan for 10 years now, Haruka came to Japan after obtaining a master's degree in Japanese Literature from Shanghai International Studies University. After 3 years of experience in investor sales at a Japanese real estate company, Haruka joined a recruitment agency for international companies and was in charge of recruiting in the areas of finance, real estate, and renewable energy for almost 6 years. Now, she will be in charge of recruiting multinational personnel specializing in alternative investments and financial real estate.
Her goal is to provide the best possible solutions and services to clients and job seekers by better understanding them based on the knowledge she has gained through Real Estate Notary and Certified Skilled Professional of Financial Planning as well as her experience working in the real estate industry. She loves modern and contemporary Japanese literature, with "[an] affection ... bordered on faith" for Soseki Natsume in particular. Her hobbies include working out at the gym, mountain climbing, swimming, and travelling alone to faraway places. Haruka is trilingual in Japanese, English, and Chinese.
