Fiona is a member of the Healthcare team at Specialized Group with her focus on placing bilingual candidates to multinational healthcare companies, in particular CROs and Pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Specialized Group, Fiona was a Global HR Specialist in a top CRO company in Japan. With her inhouse experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry in Japan, she is eager to help both her clients and candidates to find the right match by understanding their needs and interests.
Originally from Hong Kong, she developed her career as HR and Administration professional in international law firms. Having worked in a diversified environment allows her to understand the characteristics and cultures of people from different backgrounds. She strives to build trusting relationship with people she meets as she believes it is the element that makes meaningful and lasting relationships. Fiona speaks English, Chinese and Japanese. She is a keen tennis player and a calligraphy lover. She also likes being at the seaside on a sunny day.
