- 個々のニーズに合わせた旅行プランの提案と優れたカスタマーサービスを提供
- AmadeusやSabreなどのシステムを使用した予約管理
- 国内外の顧客に対する出張の手配
- 明確なコミュニケーションを通じた顧客との強固な関係構築

求められる人物像：

- 旅行が好きで、コミュニケーション能力が高い方
- 基本的なコンピュータースキル（メール、オンライン会議等）を有する方
- 業界を問わず、カスタマーサービスの経験がある方（アルバイトも可）
- 予約システムの経験や英語スキルがあれば尚良し
