Transaction Manager

Be a part of a new transaction management team here in Tokyo. (Top Tier US Firm)

We are recruiting analyst up to VP. (salary range base 6.5m - 13m + Bonus)

-You will be accountable and responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions of the business division being supported to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.

-Managing deal closing pipeline of loan transactions.

-Assist in creating standards for each procedures, controls, training.

-Products covered will be a wide range of lending products, excluding derivatives.

Requirements

-Business English AND Japanese

-Ability to work under tight deadlines, and multitask.

-Experience in banking operations or credit analyst or relationship management preferred.

-Expertise in Loan's, and credit agreements preferred.
