The suitable candidate will have experience in tax, consulting, or as a zeirishi (Japanese tax accountant). The job involves leading major tax projects and managing a large team.

This is a senior role, with managerial responsibilities. The suitable candidate will be an independent thinker, comfortable with making strategic decisions, as well as a capable leader.

職務内容

• 企業および個人向けの税務プロジェクトを主導する。
• クライアントのための税務戦略を策定する。
• 専門のチームを指導・管理する。
• クライアントとの関係を構築および維持する。
• 他部署と連携し、税務解決策を協調する。

応募資格

• 税務またはコンサルティングの経験が5年以上。
• 税理士資格があれば尚可。
• チームリーダーとしての経験。
