Key Responsibilities:

- Create and lead programs to boost employee engagement and career development.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in designing and managing training programs.
- Proven track record in organizational development and employee engagement.
- Skilled in evaluating talent and identifying high-potential employees using tools like 9box.
- Experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Ability to conduct engagement surveys and analyze HR data.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, from field operations to executive level.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in Japanese for business communication and proficient in English for interactions with headquarters.
- HR experience in a global corporate setting.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience with HR systems like Workday.
- Focused on employees and driven by data.
- Capable of leadership and influencing stakeholders.
